Marhaban offered a variety of enriching and fun activities for families this summer.
- Monday mornings: Mothers and children gathered for a family event. The parents enjoyed tea, coffee, and snacks with discussion, while the children played games and made crafts. We ended our final meeting together with a delicious, international lunch.
- Tuesday afternoons: A group of volunteers and families headed to the beach for waves and fun once a week.
- Wednesday afternoons and Saturday mornings: Many families participated in activities at a nearby festival in the 1st arrondissement that included cooking sessions, a drawing workshop, an art workshop, dancing, playing, and more.
- Thursday afternoons: Families were welcomed at a local church to play board games. Smaller children played in the playroom, older children learned different board games, and all were served a delicious snack in the afternoon.
- Outings: Marhaban participated in outings to two different parks: Parc Spirou and Parc Magic Land. We also went to the museum at Parc Borely, the museum at Parc Longchamp, and sailed on a boat at Vieux Port.
